We aim to keep website information accurate and up to date, but descriptions, photographs, schedules and availability are general guidance and may change. Please confirm any detail that is important to you before booking. An enquiry does not reserve a cabin or create a confirmed booking.

The booking page uses an independent online booking service. Before making payment, review the trip details, total price and the booking conditions presented to you. A booking is confirmed only in accordance with the confirmation process and conditions supplied for that booking.

Payment deadlines, deposits, cancellations, refunds, changes, no-shows and any charter-specific conditions are governed by those separate booking conditions, not by this general website document. If those conditions are not available or anything is unclear, ask us before paying.

Check the currency, total amount, inclusions and any optional extras in your quotation or checkout before confirming. Secure online payments are available through the booking service. Do not send payment card information through our contact form, email or WhatsApp. If a displayed price or booking detail appears incorrect, contact us for clarification before proceeding.

You are responsible for providing accurate booking information and checking passport, entry, visa and travel requirements that apply to you. Before booking, confirm the certification, experience, medical fitness and insurance requirements for your chosen trip. Follow crew instructions and applicable diving safety rules. Diving and sea travel involve inherent risks; nothing in these terms waives your legal rights.

Dive sites, routes, departure arrangements and activities may be affected by weather, sea conditions, safety decisions or operational circumstances. Any changes and their consequences are handled under the booking conditions and applicable law. Website photographs and descriptions illustrate the experience rather than promising identical conditions on a particular trip.

You must not misuse the website, submit false or unlawful material, send spam, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its security or use it to infringe another person's rights. Only submit information you are entitled to share. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect the website and its users.

Website text, branding, photographs and other material belong to Evolution Liveaboards or their respective owners. You may view and use the website for personal, non-commercial trip planning.
